The coronavirus pandemic has had a profound impact on the world. People’s values have become more diverse and great strides have been made in advancing digital transformation. In Japan, these changes coincide with a workforce that is shrinking as a result of a declining birthrate and aging population, so the improvement of added value and productivity through fundamental customer service and business process reforms has become a social issue.

ANA Systems will continue to anticipate change, pinpoint customer needs, connect people with digital technology, and create new value for society. By conducting our business in a manner that is considerate of both people and the environment, we aim to build a happier and brighter future that brings peace of mind, trust, and joy.

One of our prime missions is to enable customers to use ANA Group services with peace of mind by supporting the systems that deliver those services.

When we celebrated the tenth anniversary of our founding, we took the opportunity to revamp our management philosophy to reflect our desire to leverage the technology and experience that we have accumulated through many years in the airline industry to become a life value creation company that plays a vital role in building a happier and brighter society.

We believe that people are the source of value creation.

Therefore, we will help create an environment in which everyone, including the family members of our employees and the business partners who support us, can perform their work with peace of mind while being happy and physically and mentally healthy.
